Product application:

Widely used in various fields such as electricity, energy, transportation, healthcare, and military. In locomotive traction systems and wheel grounding applications, it can effectively meet various strict requirements of the locomotive industry, and all accessories meet various testing standards for locomotives.

Braking resistor:Energy consumption during braking, customization of different resistance alloy materials, and full cycle simulation design; It can also be used as a chopper braking energy absorption device in regenerative energy braking devices.

OVC resistor:Adopting stainless steel sheet structure, with high heat dissipation and stability;

CHE resistor:Adopting a resistance band structure, easy installation and stable performance;
Grounding resistance:Effectively grounding the wheels can be achieved by using spiral tube resistors or stainless steel sheet resistors, which have low inductance and high heat dissipation.

Technical characteristics:

  • Rated power: The rated power of the grounding resistor is divided into two types: 300W and 100W, and the specific values will be specified in the design liaison process.

  • Apply rated power to the resistor, and after 1 hour, the surface temperature rise of the resistor body is less than 120K.

  • Rated resistance value (20 ℃): The rated resistance value of the grounding resistance is 100m Ω or 50m Ω, with a tolerance of -5% to 5%.

  • Temperature coefficient: The temperature varies within the range of -50 ℃ to 55 ℃, and the temperature coefficient (TCR) of the grounding resistance is mainly 500ppm/℃
